GIFT CARDS are not returnable.  TOYS & ACCESSORIES are not returnable.  We consider the following personal items and they are not returnable or exchangeable; any adult toy, oils, creams, lubricants, pasties, jewels, gems, jewelry, face masks, greeting cards, Books, festival wear.   

Most toy manufacturers have a warranty. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure to register your toy on the manufacturers website. We can guide you on how you can claim a defective item under the manufacturer's warranty by calling us at (415)482-9899. These toys will not be accepted for exchange or returns at our shop.  

LINGERIE Unworn Lingerie with tags still attached are exchangeable for store credit or exchange only within 10 days of purchase.  If the item has a thong or any underwear, we will not be doing any returns or exchanges on those products.  

Underwear is not returnable or exchangeable. Packaged or one size lingerie is not returnable or exchangeable.
