Is your packaging discreet?

Our packaging is discreet, we will have a very small print of the store's name and address on the shipping label and that is it. it will be a plain box that will not specify what products are inside. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

Your order should arrive between 2-6 days, not including weekends and Holidays. Priority shipping is 1-3 days. Shortly after your order has been received you will receive an email with tracking information. This also can depend on where you’re having your order shipped to. There may be situations where priority shipping may take longer than USPS states, this is out of our control. Orders are shipped same day or following day after being placed on our website. 

There's a specific product I'm looking for that I can't find on your website. Any way to find out if you do carry it?

We are often adding new products to our website. But if there is something you are looking for that you do not see, simply give us a call at (415)482-9899. 

Can I cancel an order after the order has been processed?

If you choose to cancel your order after processing, you will have to email us at eventsatpleasures@gmail.com or call us at (415)482-9899 to cancel the order within 4 hours. As long as the order hasn't been shipped we can cancel an order. If it has already been shipped you'll have to check our return policy
